For those who are new to fitness or finding their way back. This can be done at home or the gym with minimal space and from as little as one piece of equipment.

This is for those who would rather stick to working our from home, whether this is due to timings or simply comfortability. Based on minimal equipment.

Gym
Program *
The main difference is the variety of equipment you can use and choose from. Both home and gym will be similar however there will be a variety of CV machines to chose from as well as weights. If you have a home gym maybe this is for you as well.

* These are 3 month programs. If you wish to continue after 3 months you can sign up to a personal program (see below).

FAQs
We are very aware that there will be exercises within the program that people will be unsure about, which is why we have created a folder with examples of each exercise so need to worry.
One of the great things about the program is that it can be done from the home or the gym. We do put in the notes under equipment what you will need, so it may mean / be a good idea to have a KB or DB etc. At home if that’s where you intend to workout.
Your initial 3 month course is non-refundable. However, once you are on one of our two bespoke personal programs, you are more than welcome to change between the two programs at any point.
Please contact us to discuss the best program for you . We will discuss the available options and help you on the correct journey.
To answer simply; no experience isn’t needed to perform / follow our programmes. What we would suggest, if you are a beginner, is to start on our First Step programme so you can ease yourself into physical activity.
If you are planning on following the programme from home then we would suggest equipment would be highly recommended. You wont need much; all equipment you need will be in the details underneath each header.
Our blog will have a weekly subject that we will write on, as well as challenges, prizes and more where anyone who is apart of the Ascending community can comment on.
